Due to high volume of appointments, please be sure to cancel your appointment NO LESS than 72 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. You will forfeit your deposit AND be charged the applicable cancellation fee. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE regardless of the time frame of cancellation. If you cancel 72 hours-24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment price. As well as forfeit your initial deposit. If you cancel 24 hours or less or NO SHOW your appointment (meaning no call, text or message notifying of your cancellation BEFORE your scheduled appointment time) your card on file will be automatically charged for the FULL price of your service and you will be required to pay another deposit in order to rebook. This does not mean you are pre paying for your new appointment, 100% of the service is the no show fee. You will still be required to pay full price for your rescheduled appointment at the time of the appointment. So please DO NOT NO SHOW to avoid being charged the full amount of your service. ALL CANCELLATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE and your card on file will be charged automatically for any applicable fees. So PLEASE take your appointment seriously to avoid paying for a service you are not receiving. I fully understand real life emergencies do happen and in emergency situations I am more than happy to further discus any cancellation fees you were charged and consider a refund. But, forgetting about a doctors appointment you had at the same time, wanting to grab lunch with a friend in town, had a meeting at work, couldnt find parking, alarm didnt go off, etc are NOT emergencies and you will be expected to pay all cancellation fees and a new deposit to reschedule.
